How can I get my staff trained on our ERP solution?

When should I invest in training?

Training can be valuable to the organization for a number of reasons. Often, we see old employees training new employees. What happens is old employees aren’t familiar with new features and are set in how they do their tasks, which may have been best for them. New users learning from old users inherit bad habits. In addition, if there has been turn over or even just a large gap of years in training, both old and new users can often learn a better way to utilize the system.

What resources are available to my organization after training?

RAD can offer organization specific training and provide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to accompany training. We’ve found that this documentation can be hosted in the ERP or on a company’s repository for future users. Additionally, in a post Zoom world, RAD records training sessions that can be rewatched by new hires or staff that may want a refresher.
